Zeal Electronics Ltd has been established for over 25 years in the production of Electronic and Electrical assemblies for the telecommunication, data communication, control and instrumentation and security markets.

Located in Chesterfield on a single site occupying over 7800 sq ft of space. We offer a flexible and tailored service for our customers, from our highly skilled workforce of over 25.

We operate in the most demanding of markets, and consequently have obtained the appropriate quality credentials and track record to succeed in the modern world of communication and control.

The services we offer include cable assemblies, component procurement and pre-production design. We also have three fully automatic surface mount SIEMENS pick and place machine, together with a four stage reflow oven and solder paste screen printing equipment.

We can provide RoHS compliant parts and soldering where required.

Apart from the above and all of the other equipment you would expect to find for the assembly of electronics, we also have a very capable computerised engraving facility.
