Zeal has recently invested in two new pick and place surface mount machines with a goal of increasing throughput to meet customer demands. The new MYDATA MY19 and TP11 Machines have been recently commissioned into the surface mount area and can place up to 21,000 components per hour.

- Customer purchasing a system from a third party experienced large number of service failures. This resulted in all assemblies having to be removed, reworked and retested. Zeal were able to provide support in the initial investigation/diagnosis of the failed items. Zeal were able to source all necessary components to carry out the necessary repairs at very competitive prices thus winning a contract for 2 years.
- Zeal have provided a number of clients with samples and support for pre-production items and prototypes to allow them to carry out further trials and development. This has often resulted in the Zeal/Client relationship growing allowing the final product order to be placed with Zeal.
