Staff Promotion
Zeal has promoted their Production Co-ordinator, Simon Humphries to Production Liaison Manager. Simon will work closely with customers to ensure their requirements are met and manage the materials control of purchased items for the company.

- Customer purchasing a system from a third party experienced large number of service failures. This resulted in all assemblies having to be removed, reworked and retested. Zeal were able to provide support in the initial investigation/diagnosis of the failed items. Zeal were able to source all necessary components to carry out the necessary repairs at very competitive prices thus winning a contract for 2 years.
- Zeal have provided a number of clients with samples and support for pre-production items and prototypes to allow them to carry out further trials and development. This has often resulted in the Zeal/Client relationship growing allowing the final product order to be placed with Zeal.
