Equipment Upgrade Coming Soon in Feb 2024. Zeal have planned to upgrade their surface mount department with a second user MY100-DX for larger batch sizes, improved redundancy and compatability with existing Mycronic equipment and software. Also improvements to all assembly areas for better flow of customer product is in progress. 29/01/24 Mycronic Jet Printer We have purchased a Mycronic MY600 jet printer. This piece of equipment allows better accurate pasting, faster setup times and no stencil costs. 11/09/2020 UK Ventilator Challenge! Zeal have taken part in the manufacture of cable assemblies for ventilators as part of a group of UK manufacturers enlisted by the UK government. 09/04/2020 More Jet Power! Following the success of our first MY600 Jet Printer we decided to invest in another. We can also now dispense Leaded Paste for customers that have exemptions from Lead Free manufacturing. 13/07/2021 3D AOI Autumn is upon us and with it brings new equipment. Our K series AOI from Mycronic was received and expertly installed by the engineers. The detail on this is phenomenal and will further improve our high quality manufacturing. 18/11/2021 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic Zeal remains open during the pandemic lock down to support their customers providing products for the essential utilities sectors. 22/03/2020
